I weight 135 and I'm trying to lose 15 pounds.

Be very physically active. DO some exercise every day, the more you do the more calories are burned and the higher your metabolism will be. Try to eat healthy, balanced meals. Cut out soda, sweets, and junk food, and repace them with healthy snacks like fruits and veggies.

There is no easy way to loose weight. It takes hard work, dedication and the right attitude. However, the formula to weight loss is logical.

Eat healthy, exercise and stick with the program.

I'm 5'2". I went from 130lbs to 115lbs in 3 months from good old diet and exercise. I ate a lot of fruit, vegetables, boneless skinless chicken, drank lots of water. Limited my sugar and completely cut off sodas and candy. I did a 20-30 minute workout 5 times a week. The pounds just fell off. Good luck.

what the **** are u trying to lose 15 pounds for u want to be 120 for what dum *** reason your thin enough be happy there are people that are 12 years old and are 200-300 pounds that would love to be 135 and u want to act like that a problem good luck in looking like nicole richie

There is no easy way, if there was we'd all be lighter. Follow a sensible eating and exercise plan and the weight will come off.

you aint a fatty. but to be slim just go on diet and avoid fast food. make sure to run a mile everyday.
easy and inexpensive way to loose weight now give me 5 points.

ummm exercise lots, liposuction (Even though the amount of weight you want to lose is a money waister considering how expensive lipo is) or just ya exercise! walk walk walk!
