She attacks small and large dogs but only when they approach her and only after they've done the communal sniff

Put a muzzle on her until she realizes that not all other dogs are enemies. Collies are very protective of people and objects, I just watched my brother's collie snap at a little shih-tzu for going near his ball.

I recently read a really good book...it's for aggression in dogs, and I'm using portions of it with one of my dogs...wish I had read it earlier...it's called "Click to Calm" by Emma Parsons
