Other than not smoking cigarettes? Soap and water might help, some rubbing alcohol perhaps. Or if you must smoke but don't want the external side-effects, you could always get a "smoking glove" to be used in order to avoid the aforementioned stains.

But have you ever wondered what kinds of stains are forming on your _inside_?

Pour about half a cup of chlorine bleach in the bathroom sink fill it about half full of water.wash your hands in it with a bar of soap check to see if the stains are gone if not repeat. when you are done rinse very well then use a really good hand lotion as the bleach will dry out you skin.

peroxide will remove that. just put it on and rub it in till it comes off, then wash your hands with soap and water. it may take a few times to get rid of it all but you will notice the differrence after the first time..
