Is it bad to walk around naked in front of your two girls who are 12? I dont think they mind cause im not fat or anythin but is it affecting them in any way ?

Psychiatrist have shown that raising children around nudity tends to breed both body conciousness and a stronger sense of confidence more so then a sense of sexuality ((the human body is sexualized by society, not nature...)) so I wouldn't worry TOOO much about it affecting them...BUT...they might be uncomfortable with it, or questions might become a problem if friends pop over without calling first. I would stick to nudity in privacy and maybe a tanky and some shorts when they're home...better to err on the side of modesty then be too free.

It might not be the best example, if they get a boyfriend in a few years and walk around his house naked how would you feel if you found out?
Whether you're smoking or gross, no 12 year old girl likes to see their mother naked

I don't see any reason to think that is wrong. But you need to make sure that the kids understand that is family only and to be modest around people that are not family. Now a question. Have you always walked around naked? Is this normal for your family?
You may find out that your kids would prefer you to cover up around them. Their mental health is important, more important than your need to walk nude in the house. So, find out. If it weirds them out. Stop it.

I can relate to liking to be free around the house.... I always enjoyed it my self and it never bothered my son any !So I say more power to you lady if you wanna be free go for it , if your really afraid that it may be bothering one of your girls , I have found that straight out good old fashion honesty is the best policy . Just simply and causually ask them one day when you happen to be being "free" and they both happen to be handy "Say girls does it bother you when Mommy runs around like this "

I used to walk around naked until the neighbor caught a glimpse. Around your children? I think you might consider a robe. By yourself? Sure, go ahead.

Girl, Its you who want that freedom. Most girls when asked gently will be willing to bare naked in public, but watch out for the perverts. they can be scary. I you have a great body, flaunt it but talk to your girls and advise them of the consequences. I feel that everyone has the freedom to go naked if he or she wishes so.

I think I'd be kind of freaked out if I was one of those girls. I suggest that you start putting clothes on. This may affect the way they dress when they're older. You wouldn't want them to dress like whores, now would you?

okay, now imagine you when you were younger and picture your mum prancing around the house naked.... see, its not exactly a pretty picture and you kids might think of it as nothing but what if they do??? for all you no they might have told their friends and their friends might have told their parents???? thinking before you act aint such a bad idea in this case!!!

I've seen my mom naked a few times, and it made me nauseous every time. Ask your kids if they are okay with it. If they're not, put some damn clothes on girl lol.
