Prevention is key! Wash your face twice a day and removed make up daily. Exfoliate regularly (1 - 2 times a week) and apply a moisturizer with a SPF of 15 or more daily. Make sure to use an anti-wrinkle cream nightly. Also, moisturize the rest of your body daily and avoid long term sun exposure. Wear sunscreen on the rest of your body as well.

Also (because beauty starts from the inside) don't forget to drink lots and lots and lots of water to keep your skin fully hydrated. Eat healthy and you may want to consider taking omega 3 and 6 fatty acid supplements. They do wonders for skin and hair (as well as your heart).
