First of all, let's hope & presume that he is not telling a lie. It might be an effort to break the ice and desrves to be ignored. If he is not, he is in a kind of fancy. He is required to be out of it. What you are supposed to do is to let him realise that no persons are alike in this world and if he values you as 'you' and not as the one like 'pooja', you may start with a nice & decent friendship.
The problem is that the similarties attract his attention because you are not accessible right now. Once you are in any kind of relationship, the dissimilarities would start creeping in and that would be a spoiler.
And where is the need of nurturing a relationship which starts with a presumption that you deserve this because of your resemblance with someone?
You are NOT pooja. Do not be a proxy for her either. The guy should have sincere sense of respect for your own identity.

It's kinda obvious you like him. If he likes you back I'd check because it seems like he's still stuck on pooja and your relationship might end up like theirs if he thinks you're so much like pooja. I'd tell him that you aren't pooja and he should get over her.

dat guy is just using u as pooja but he is literraly not interested in u.he wants d pooja in u n not u. but here cums a point if u like dat guy den don't hesitate 2 confess 2 him dat even u like him but not as pooja . he shud try 2 forget pooja n get interested in u .

It probably means he likes you! Guys don't usually notice a girl's laugh unless they like her. Go with it, but be yourself. Don't try to be more like pooja to get more of his attention. If he likes you it should be because of you not because you're like somebody else.

insulting (since pooja was his first crush, meaning he probably dont like her anymore. and probably hates her, so he insults you from her.)

he likes you becuz you remind him of his first crush.if you liek him dont bother.hell always see you as her.listen to ushers u remind me of a girl.it kinds of summs it up if she did him wrong and you try and get wit him.either that or he will try and get even with her by being mean to you.cant get to her so heell get to the next best lookalike.you.
