I do it daily.

On the whole, I'm very unhappy right now. But I've been happy, and I know I can get back to it.

That is not wierd but if you question wether or not you are happy or unhappy you need to talk to your dr. I talked to mine and I take 200mgs. of Zoloft a night. At first I didn't know what was wrong with me I would just cry for no reason. I am 42 years old raised 5 kids before all this hit me my baby is 19 years.

Sounds weird to who? Most people question whether they're happy or unhappy on a regular basis. The weird part is finding out what it is that makes us happy or unhappy. And then deciding which one we like to feel more often.

I do all the time, usually because I don't know how other people feel be it at work, in my family, that girl I like, etc. So many little things could make me happy or sad and so many of those things are on occasion on the fence that I don't know how to feel.

I find myself, asking that question daily. I think alot of people really do question it, even sub-consciously. We're faced with everyday hassles, worries and obstacles that can force us to ask ourselves that same question. With all the hype of mental illness, and the hysteria the media has put on it, and the way our society has revolved. it's almost become like a natural instinct to wonder that.

i think everyone does. i know i do. life is just stressful. its like a rollercoaster. one day you get a raise then you get sick and have a bunch of hospitals bills. i think thats why all of its question our happiness. but when im down i think about all the things i have that i should be grateful for it helps. like my husband and a roof over my head. if you feel so bad that it controls your life talk to your doctor about medication.
