I have some epsom salts that I use for soaking my feet... yeah...

and on the carton it says salts are good for adding to bath water to soothe tired and achey muscles... what the heck? HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE? Isn't skin somewhat of a barrier? Surely salt doesn't magically transverse through the many skin layers, find the muscles, and magically "fix" them. Wouldn't it be the warmth from the WATER that soothes? Am I wrong here?

You can take a cup of regular salt and add a teaspoon of vanilla, and 10 drops of mint oil, and 10 drops of eucalyptus oil, and put it in a container with a lid to shake it. You can let it blend for a day but I use it right away. People all over the world gather sea salts for therapeutic soaks. One called Batherapy is very helpful to get you warm, relaxed, and less achey. Let me know if you would like a sample.
Best of luck to you!!
