Cyan is 'blue' as in red, blue and yellow. It's considered a primary color and can't be made by mixing other colors. If you want the color you will have to go buy it from the store.

Cyan is a primary colour, so the only way you can get it is to buy a tube. Here is some more :
Cyan

Redirected from Color/cyan Cyan is a pure spectral color, but the same hue can also be generated by mixing equal amounts of green and blue light. As such, cyan is the complement of red: cyan pigments absorb red light. Cyan is sometimes called blue-green and often goes undistinguished from light blue.

I would agree with most the coments above. If you want something kind of similar, what you can try however is to take an Ultramarine, Indigo or similar blue, and add a little white to it make something similar to a cyan. However it is true, if you want an exact cyan, it is something you will need to buy.

Some interesting info about color...

the color can be made, or close to it. It is a primary but you can get close to the look by mixing. First, look at the acrylic color cobalt teal made by Liquitex - it may be the close to what you are trying to do. you can also mix white to different combinations of blue/green paints. I don't have my paints handy, by your best bet is trying several combinations of blue, add a bit of green rather than yellow, then add white to lighten. Use the brighter colors.

Cyan is one of the basic colours, so you can't 'make' it.

Add a little Ultramarine blue to white. You can always go darker, but not as easy to go lighter. Finally try adding a little touch of yellow.
