there is this guy in my class and i like him and im casually trying to drop him little hints and he doesnt get it. Winter formal was 2 weeks ago and he asked this girl out but he still flirts with me. What do i do?? No mean or stupid answers please

you could always go up to him and ask him to go wit u or u ask some1 else and make the other guy jealous or u could flirt wit him so he knows what hes missing or ask the guy if he has any feelings for u or start wit a conversation and ask to hang out on a Friday night because what u wanna do is get him away from the girl so u can talk and flirt

He doesn't have a girlfriend just because he asked someone out on a date. You are all still young enough to date around. Just let him know you are interested. If you feel embarrassed telling him yourself have a friend mention to him that you like him and see if he too is really interested. If not, just move on.

Well it sounds like you are in high school, so you should know if they are going out or not, because everyone knows everyone else's business in high school. If he has a girlfriend, just be his friend...you have to respect their relationship...good luck.
