I'm 27 weeks pregnant too! I know my doctor had told me that white discharge is normal and it will only increase throughout the pregnancy. And as for it being a little yellow it could just be urine, as gross as that sounds, because some pregnant woman tend to leak due to the baby sitting on their bladder, and it is harder to hold it in. Things like sneezing and coughing cause the leaking too. (so my doctor tells me) You should mention it to your doctor anyway though. They can tell through your routine check up when they do the urine sample if there is any bactaria as well. Hope that helps and Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy!

I remember having something similar when I was pregnant. You will have a lot more discharge now, especially since the baby is getting bigger.
If everything else isn't itching, burning, or having any abnormal smells, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
Just mention it to your doctor and your next appointment and they can put your mind at ease.

I'm 27 weeks pregnant too! :) Congrats!
I've heard that yeast infections are very common in pregnancy; so it probably is a little bit of that.
Also; discharge in general during pregnancy is normal; cuz our children are pushing down on our bladders and stuff comes out!
I wouldn't worry too much; but always ask your Doctor if you feel that something is abnormal.

Could be a yeast infection, but some discharge is normal. It could be a result of hormone production, too. I seriously doubt it's anything wrong with the baby... sometimes that's also how infections manifest themselves (in addition to getting the sniffles, you have discharge to match). If you're not uncomfortable, wait and talk to your doc about it at your next appointment.

Normally a yst inf will increase in symptoms. Chances are it's ovulation time, with no ovulation due to pregnancy. Some women have this normally, just as some women will continue to have periods during early pregnancy. If it contines or becomes worse, please contact your Doctor.

it doesn't sound like too much to worry about. i remember times in my pregnancy when i had to wear panty liners due to the discharge. i often wondered if i had a tear and it was fluid. you can always go in and they can test it to make sure it's nothing. if you see any pink or brown or black color to it at all rush in to the hospital, or any cramping. but just yellowish discharge doesn't sound like anything too concerning. go sit down with your feet up and drink some water. relax and see if that slows it down...

I am 25 weeks and had that also tenderness in the external vaginal area. it was a bacterial infection...different from a yeast or UTI.
If any of these go untreated they can harm your baby and infect your kidneys. Call you doctor in the morning!
And congrats on the baby!
