you had to be there to see it, lifted the stones by placing them in a hole then pulled them up with rope till where standing upright.then they filled the circle.with dirt and formed a hill with the top of the stones exposed.then they rolled the stones on logs pulling them up to top of the mount with rope.then they dug the dirt out and had a place to worship the GREAT SPIRIT.

Pulleys and Ropes? If you do a simple calculation, you will see that simple pulleys and ropes could not have given the mechanical advantage necessary to lift those stones. You would need block and tackle to do it, something they did not have at the time. And even if they did, the strength of the rope and the wood frame would have been a problem. They would have had the risk that the whole rig would collapse at the wrong time.

A much simpler and less risky way...

Get the two vertical stones up. surround them with dirt. Make one side a ramp. (The longer the ramp, the more mechanical advantage you have.) Slide the top stone up the ramp and over the top of the two vertical stones. Remove the dirt and as you remove it, the top stone will slowly lower until its holes match up with the projections on the vertical stones. Remove all the dirt.

Ask an evolutionist. If it follows somewhat in the line of the evolution theory then I guess a piece of sand blew on it one day and just kept growing from there.

Yes actually I do...pulleys work very well for things like that and "common" man power has moved more objects than science imagines.
