Like, she thinks she loves a guy very much, she must get him. she promises that she would not leave. The guy tells her to wait, and he goes to another country. Lives there for years. should he consider her or she is grown enough and might be involved with someone else?

At 15 I would not think so... There's still a lot of things to experience and learn at that young age!!!

No. She may have the body of a woman, but she is still a child and her likes, wants and needs are going to change drastically over the next few years. The likelihood of her getting involved with someone else if you are in another country are very high. If is foolish to ask her or expect for her to wait or for you to wait in hopes she will be free when you return, if you return.

Best case scenario would be to try to keep in touch and when/if you return and if you both are still free, meet up again and see if you both still feel the same.

At the age of 15 no one should be asked to wait like that. That is too young and it would be unfair to even ask that of someone.

No a 15 year old girl is WAY toooooo young. Leave her alone even if she wants to pursue an relationship of sorts. She is a child.

Assumig, she is now older than 15, yup, go ahead. But mate, remember, if you do go out with her, how you treat her may influence her treatment of men in general for ever. So, think first.

depends on how old the GUY is.. his age should be close to
hers at least under 20
the long distance relationship is hard for not just 15 year old girl
but for people in any age.
if they can manage to meet in person often and the guys feels
the same as she does...he can start this relationship with her

15 isn't very mature. She'll probably be interested in somone else by then.
