I know girls get hit on constantly, and I assume they don't date most of the guys who hit on them. How can I stand out from other guys and be more successful with women?

Well, those other guys are just "hitting" on girls, they are not actually starting real conversations with them, and that is the key. That's what determines the difference between a flirt and a date or a boyfriend. When you are talking to girls, make sure you are holding conversations instead of cheap pick up lines and degrading jokes about a girls body, because you are absolutely right, these girls dont actually date these guys.
