I am going to paris for a school trip. He is afraid that something is going to happen to me while i am gone and he is also upset cause i asked him to go and then plans got changed. He is really letting this get to him i just don't know what to do. How can i convince him that i am going to be fine and that i am going to come back to him?

He is insecure. He thinks you'll meet some hot Frenchman while you're away, and doesn't trust you enough.

Dump him. He is too insecure. I wouldnt give a damn if my girlfriend was going to Iraq, let alone Paris.

First of all ask him if he really trusts you, if he says yes tell him that you wont doanything that will decieve him if you do thats your problem if you really love your boyfriend im guessin' that you wont do something that stupid

dump his needy **** now or you will spend as long as you are with him asking his permission to do everything. you need to move on and he needs to grow up
