Has anyone ever used an agent to get permanent residency in Australia?

Is it worth it or do they just take your money? How long did it take you to get residency?

The agents are for people who cannot understand the terminolgies written on the forms or worst yet if you cannot read or write English. It seems you do, so the agents are just a waste of your money. It will not make a difference. How long it will take to get residency, it all depends on your situation, if you are for example are you a fiancee, are you a parent, are you a working visa?
