Ok. For almost two weeks now her boyfriend has been acting weird. Like going off with his friends and not calling her for days. (he's 20 I think). She doesn't really trust him very much anymore, because sometimes he just won't call. And he won't tell her what's going on in his life. She wants to make this work, but she doesn't know what to do. What would you tell her?
Thanks

Your friend should explain to her boyfriend how concern she is about the relationship. She needs to be able to communicate with him in order for the relationship to grow. It is clear that something is wrong. It may or may not have anything to do with your friend. Some times we go through things and the very person we should talk to about it we don't. It's not because we don't care about them but because it hurts too bad. We feel like we will become more of a problem. But he needs to know that she is there for him and love him know matter what he is going through. If he wants to end the relationship there is a better way to handle that also. I don't have much to go on here but I advise her to talk with him as soon as she can and see if he is willing to keep this relationship and then work from there. Don't be afraid. Everything will be alright. Good luck!

I think you should urge her to communicate w/ him.. If he doesn't call.. then she shouldn't call him.. but next time he does call she NEEDS to address it. Not w/ anger, but with disappointment and let him know how it hurt her. If he isn't receptive to this.. then sorry but he's not a good guy and she deserves better anyway so this would be great advice for her!

Hope this helps

SHE NEED TO JUST TALK TO HIM ABOUT WHAT GOING ON'
IF HE 20 YEARS OLD. AND SHE A TEENAGER THEN HE WOULD BE WITH , IF SHE WANT THIS TO WORK OUT THEN
SHE HAS TO LET HIM KNOW WHAT GOING ON, AND IF
SHE REALLY DOES NOT TRUST HIM THEN SHE NEED TO
LEAVE IT ALONG. WITH OUT TRUST YOU DONT HAVE MUCH
OF ANYTHING ANY WAY.

Well, I don't know how long they've been together, or how close they are, but he may just want space. I also don't know about his job, maybe he's working undercover or something, could be anything.
