Ah..That's not an easy one. The best way of course..is to catch him red handed. But that's not always simple. =P

Obviously..there are some trust issues already, or you wouldn't be asking this question.

Has he changed his habits recently? Started dressing differently, paying more attention to his appearance? When his phone rings, does he leave the room? Are you catching him in little lies about what he's done lately? does he pay even more attention to you then usual, or perhaps even less? There's a lot of things that can help tell you. But if you're already worried about him cheating, is the relationship even worth continuing?

That is a tough one. Guys cheat and can be very sneaky. Usually if something seems wrong, like your intuition is telling you that he is cheating then he probably is. Unless you are just very insecure but otherwise go with your gut instinct and ask him.

Ask him. If he's not he'll tell you he's not. If he is, he'll tell you he's not but he'll nut up like a weirdo while doing it. He should behave the exact same as if you were asking him if he wants a cheeseburger. If he gets all uncomfortable, as if you just asked him if he killed his mother or something crazy like that, then he's trying to cover up some sh*t.

one big thing that usually gives it away is if he gets a phone call and doesn't tell you who just called. If he doesn't answer his phone when you know he's not busy. And if he acts uncomfortable or he acts like he has to think about whats he's going to say. Hope that somewhat helps.

probably when he ditches dates for u 2, can't ever talk when he's on the phone, u hear girls in the background wen u r talking on the fone (besides sisters and moms), sometimes u just know it, its kind of like a feeling in u. i guess u could call that an instinct.

woman's intuition is key, change in behavior, things he used to do/say no longer does and says, dresses up for no reason at all, picks fights with u out of the blue...
