Have you tried activated charcoal? Tuck wadded newspapers and charcoal in between the cushions and leave it a little while. If that doesn't get it, I don't know what will. If it's moldy, there's not much you can do. Maybe try one of the urine smell killers, Urinegone or Zero Odor, I don't think Febreze is strong enough for that.

I dont know if i'm speling this right or not. But, fabreez gets rid of oders and it's cheep.
