Have you tried activated charcoal? Tuck wadded newspapers and charcoal in between the cushions and leave it a little while. If that doesn't get it, I don't know what will. If it's moldy, there's not much you can do. Maybe try one of the urine smell killers, Urinegone or Zero Odor, I don't think Febreze is strong enough for that.

The product called SCOE10x will work on most about any odors. It is available online as well as through BIOfog if you are in the Atlanta area.
