I have a pimple kind of think around my lips too, and nd thraot is very soar? does it have anything to do with lymphnodes?Please Help.

Yep. You're getting sick and all of your glands are swelling up. Vicks slathered on your neck and chest, Aleve Cold and Sinus taken with a big glass of OJ and you'll be golden.

Depending on the location of the swelling and the pain, you could have either an infected saliva gland, or just swollen lymph nodes from an infection (cold/flu/etc). In either case, anti-biotics may help depending on if it's bacterial or viral.
In any case, if the pain becomes unbearable, go see the doc.
