Can American bulldogs have blue eyes?

Sure, if he has the right combination of alleles to produce blue eyes. I don't think it's very common and it may indicate some "tainting" somewhere back down the bloodline. Then again, I could be way off base.

No american bulldogs do not have blue eyes its been mixed with something even if it has papers

yes, any dog could have blue eyes.

They are atypical, but they are allowed by the ABRA and UKC breed standards.
