Your Potassium was low....are you on high blood pressure medications...which are commonly diuretics...if you are, that would account for the low potassium problem..which will cause leg pains/cramps/ Charlie horses..depending on what you call the cramps. The easiest way to bring up and keep your potassium level even..is a multi vitamin that contains it..or try eating a banana everyday! Its a great source of potassium and will probably correct your problem.

There could be a lot of reasons. Firstly, are you overweight? If so, then you would have leg pain unless you reduce. Secondly, are you walking too much or using your legs a lot? If that is the case, try to change your daily routine. Does anyone in your family have a history of arthritis? Is the pain in the leg or in the knee joints? Sorry, but the better option would be to go to the doctor as they can diagnose properly. We can only guess.

it could be so many things! sorry, but you have to go to the Dr. Look for resources in your community, i´m sure there are places near you were you can be seen by a Dr for free or on a sliding scale. Good luck.

it could be RLS or restless leg syndrome...you will need to see a doctor and get a prescription to take care of it though
