my boyfriend and i have been together for almost 4 years and still really in love but he has lost his sex drive. it has gone from 3 times a week to 3 times a month if i am lucky. he is a mechanic and says he is really tired but could there be something wrong with him? (i know he is not having an affair so i know that is not the issue). please help so maybe i can help him so things will get better.

Yes, its a symptom of several different medical conditions though....pain in the you know what. Could also be psychological though........man, I feel for you, its a deal breaker to me if his drive doesn't pep up.

Get him some viagra !!! How do you know he is not cheating. Is he a older man,like 40 years old or older. I bet you any amount of money he is cheating,unless he is a older man,then MAYBE he has a change in his sex drive. In the mean time while you are trying to figure this thing out .......Get him some viagra and enjoy your self !!!!!!

It can be caused by low testosterone levels. Have him get his total T checked via blood work. If it's around 200 or lower, he might need to get put on clomid to boost it back up. Then the drive will come back. It sometimes happens with age. It's a simple test and if it's that, get the doc to put him on clomid to boost it back up.

I don't think there's anything wrong. If he needs more energy he should try diet and exercise.
Or I could make up for the 9 times you're not getting any.

yes, probably a chemical imbalance in his brain or body. have him talk to his doctor. this should be easily fixed.. if he really loves you and if your relationship is as strong as you say, they there is no reason why he shouldn't want sex 3 times a week..
