If you are not comfortable w/ having an open relationship w/ him you should let him know and be clear as to why. Overall, it seems that the 2 of you are not in line w/ what you want. Unless you're ok w/ sharing him w/ someone else you should def dump him! That's definitely a dealbreaker that he even brought it up!

Ok, open relationship= he's bored with you and wants someone else. It's like him having his cake and eating it too. Not to mention the fact of what diseases he may catch slutting out with other women and what you'll get if he sleeps with you too. Not worth it. He doesn't sound serious about you and maybe it's time to find a bigger and better fish out in that ocean.
If you stay with this relationship, then there's always the chance that he'll be cheating on you with every floozzy he can get into bed. Sounds like your guy can't keep it in his pants.

ok most likly if u keep the relationship close he will make it opened n cheat on u so ur best bet will b to let him go

dont do it. he thinks he's got u all wrapped up and devoted to him. you'll be sorry if you agree to that. it's bs
