sorry hun! curl ups wont get rid of fat! they will give you a six pack though... however to get rid of that fat you must do caridovascular exercise (running, walking, biking, running is the best though!)

I suggest that you try body cleansing. I tried it and really got lean quickly. I lost 15 pounds in 9 days and also 3 inches off my waist. I do body building so getting leaner was my goal. My sister did this program too and she lost a lot of weight quickly. I did not know too much about cleansing but there are a lot of TV commercials about this stuff. This is a body cleanse and not just a colon cleanse, I wanted my body to get lean quickly and this did the trick! Well, it sounds like you are doing better than I am. I should be
taking advice from you....Only you can know what works for
you. You will have to try different avenues. It only gets worse
and even harder. But dont give up. There is always someone
who respects you just the way you are....trust me...I know..

Steep inverted sit ups, suspended leg lifts, and yoga to maintain the flexibility as you grow muscle.
