I think the biggest thing that everyone needs to look at and is the most important thing is the personalilty. I think second would be the face.

It really all depends on the girl and the guy
If the guy is only looking for sex, then you can guess what is important to them.
If they are looking for love and a partner then there are many things:
Looks are important, nobody can deny this.
Someone who can listen and care about what I am taking about
Someone who can hold a conversation
Someone who is faithful
Someone who is understanding
Someone who cares
I could go on and on, but I would only suggest you try your best and be yourself.
Both people must work at the relationship (yes, I say work because it can be hard sometimes)

Guys look for one of two things:
If they are looking for a good time - they want to be with the best arm candy, i.e. the most beautiful sexpot they can get.
If they are looking for a wife - they want someone they respect, can bring home to meet mother, someone they have things in common with, etc.
My brother always dated beautiful models but when he got married he married an overweight woman who loved to make homemade bread, would be a good mother, and worshipped the ground he walked on.

Well the body is one thing but I go for what the girl is like so I try getting know the girl befor I really deside because even if she got the body if she don't got the brains she ant my type.See I like a girl that can fight to tell me im wrong if I am.So it's more inside the girl not so much about looks for me.

A nice personality. And usually a good figure. Personally I like a girl who wants to get out and do something but doesn't want to stay on the phone from 7pm to 4am.

I like sporty girls. For instance a girl who is really good looking and can go somewhere...say the mall...and get stares from all the guys and then go out on the ballfield and strike me out, or beat me 1-on-1 in basketball. That's hot.

I look for a girl that looks good in casual clothes (especially jeans) and has an acceptable figure and good sense of humor and isn't ditzy and is nice and doesn't smoke.

physical appearance first and then personality. However in the long term...personality wins
I've known some really hot girls, but once I got to know them....their bitchy self centered personality made them actually ugly. I'd wonder what I actually saw in them in the first place.
Also...Guys do not like the ditzie, dumb chic act either. It's okay for the movies or TV but not for real life.
