If you truly love your boyfriend he already knows you love him. Love is much more then saying the words. Your actions shows it first. So with this in mind, set up the moment and speak the words you have already shown. Love is special the moment is now.

There are many places were to take your bf according to his personality.
There really is no better way to say "I love you" than "I love you." If you don't want to say it text it on your date or write a note on your date. Make sure it's on your date and not in a classroom or anything like that. Saying the 3 magic words is a privet thing.
If he's the kind of guy that takes things seriously then a fancy restaurant or a night under the full moon and stars will be the right atmosphere.
If he hardly ever takes things seriously the take him to a carnival, go carts, fun places.
If he's in between. walk alone with him under the stars. As you walk hold his hand and then whisper in his ear "I Love You."
Hope that gave you some ideas.

I believe that the best thing is for you to have a dine in date, if you can. Make dinner or order in, something you both enjoy and watch a romantic movie, and pause the movie and look him right in the eyes and tell him something romantic like, ' i've felt this way about you for a long time and i don't know how else to tell you this, but I love you."
Just dotn' get into an argument then tell him like I did..lol..then it became a crying match. See, it can become nasty if you don't plan it out if it's the first time you've told a guy ever.
but anyways hun, good luck.

Well, whats special to him? Find that out, and he will be so happy, and then at the end of the date tell him strait out. I mean i think that is the best time to do it. If he loves you back he should at least kiss u, an then u can b 2gether 4ever! If he doesnt though, i would make sure first. Has he said it to u? I say just tell him. Thats special enough for anyone!

It does not matter when you tell him. If he feels the same it is always the right time. Telling someone you love them is never going to be anything less than special.

Invite him (or let him invite you) to a reeaally fancy resteraunt with candles and everything. If you can't or don't have the money, ask your parents to stay upstairs the whole time, prepare a HOME COOKED meal with candles and everything. At the end of the dinner, look really deeply into your eyes, or whisper in his ear "I love you"

If you think he feels the same way, perhaps you can wait for him to say it first. You might scare him off if you feel stronger about the relationship than he does. Otherwise, take the plunge and just say the words.

there are two options
1.) You wait for him to say it to you
2.) You both go to a romantic place like the park at night when the moon is full and tell him. Make sure nobody is in the park (there can be people i the park farther away from you).
Hope that helped

This time of year I would go ice skating...pretend to fall and let him catch you...as you'll have his undivided attention let it spill out of you as you catch your breath. If he drops you (which he won't!!) then he doesn't feel the same, but I think he'll hold you up just fine. Go for it and enjoy the rush!
