Since my girlfriend's brother wont let me talk to her, should I just wait for her to call me or keep trying to call her and keep fighting with her brother.

Me and her are 19 and the brother is 18. I don't think the brother is being over protective, I just think he is very controlling of her. She told me that her brother acts this way with all her boyfriends. I'm just the first one to actual fight back and he is mad because I refuse to leave.

Good idea Debbie, the only problem is that I'm all the way in California visting my family for the holidays and shes back in North Carolina, so are only way to communciate is through the phone.

Yeah, I have emailed her several times. The only problem is the brother reads them and deleates them, so she never reads them. Then when I do actually get a chance to talk her she acts like she doesn't know what I'm talking about because she never gets my messages.

No her brother doesn't know me. Everything in the relationship was great up entil last week. Thats when she started not returning my phone calls. When I talked to her on Sunday thats when she told me it was her brother. All this week everytime I call her the brother answers the phone and starts talking ****.

Consider what you are getting yourself into. Are you up to the issues you are sure to endure by pursuing her if her brother is constantly interfering? See if her parent's are okay with you talking to her and then go from there. If she doesn't stand up to her brother with her parent's consent then, my advice is to let that situation go because she is putting no effort to fight for you. Sorry but that's the way it seems. I do wish you love that is returned sevenfold, sweetie.

Just try and keep things fun and do whatever you can to show her you are trying to talk to her. Be nice and don't say anything negative about the brother to her. You can tell the truth and say he wouldn't let him get through to you but be easygoing about it and show her that you understand brothers can be like that. Be nice to the brother always, too. Slip her handwritten notes and such and have one of your female friends call for her and pass the phone to you after she helps you bypass the brother. And if she has a brother like that, she will call you cuz she knows she has to. It's going to be fine if she likes you. Keep your eyes focused on the girl :)

Try calling her a couple more times, but dont make the brother come after you. Get a mutual friend to deliver the message that you want to talk

Well I think she will call u but if she that broken up about u leave messages as much as u can and fight her brother because that show u really care for her.

Maybe you should try to contact her ONE time in a different manner. Like text her cell or email her. If she doesn't respond then you know it's not her brother blocking, but instead running interference for her. After the next attempt I would leave it alone.

hi tony,did your girlfriend's brother knows you.do you know the reason why he won't let you talk to her .are you sure it's what it seem like.what is the relationship like.sorry to bother you with all these questions,but this are the fact you have to establish before you can decide on what to do.try to talk to her through other means,let her know that you want to speak to her urgently maybe through any of her friends. you can't keep fighting with her brother,what ever is the difference between both of you have to be settled.maybe you should take that step first after all his sister is your girlfriend and you need to be with her,there should be peace between both of you. i hope you find this helpful,good luck.

surely she must leave the house.is she held captive?if you know of her friends then tell them that you have been tryn to get ahold of her.i wouldnt fight with the bro.if you do get ahold of her friends or her work and leave a note in a envelope then just wait for her.if she loves you she will call.

Find another way to get in touch with her. Also, ask yourself why her brother won't let you near her. Are you a bad influence, or is he overprotective.

its out of your hands now you made your attempt to make contact the ball is in her court now. its gonna ba a family affair from here on out all you can do is sit on the side line and watch if she will aventually make the right decision according to her.
