Yes, actually. In Buddhist writings, the Buddha refused to comment on a God or gods. Buddhism today teaches that nothing has a beginning or end, ruling out a creator God (such as that of the Bible).

Kind of. Depends on the sect of Buddhism.

An agnostic person can convert to Buddhism OR follow a Buddhist Philosophy.

Buddhism was never meant to replace your primary belief only enrich it. The Bbuddhist can be agnostic and the agnostic can be a Buddhist as well

Not really. Buddhism is a religion. It is the 5th largest religion in the world. Agnostics aren't sure that they believe in religious backing.
There is a great book called "Buddhism without faith". You can follow the principles and lead a clean lifestyle but unless you believe that the leader of Buddhism was chosen by god to help others find the path, you aren't really a Buddhist.
But lead a Buddhist lifestyle if you want.

Yes. I am a student of Buddhism, and an atheistic agnostic.

I can recommend reading Stephen Batchelor's book, "Buddhism without Belief." This brief volume sets forward a western approach to Buddhist meditation and practice, and it capitalizes on the irrelevance of God in the Buddha's teaching and philosophy.

Agnostics can borrow any tenants, rituals, or teachings from any organized religion they want. They're just less likely to label their customized religion as "The One True Faith."

Agnosticism is based on the idea that, with our limited human data-sampling rate, it's presumptuous to tell God who He is. Where some people have found their anwsers, Agnostics will just keep exploring.

Atheists are like religious fundamentalists in that regard; they have found the one true answer and don't have to look anymore.

Whatever floats yer boat....

As an Atheist I can accept Buddhism more than any of the other
religions out there. So I would say yes.

Not in my opinion.

As far as I am aware, buddhists unequivocally reject the notion of a transcendental god

Given that an agnostic accepts the possibility of a god - otherwise you'd be an atheist, then to me, the 2 are contradictory.
