I would say you probably need to talk with your Doc. A relationship isn't the answer to depression. If she breaks up with then what. Word of advice never go into a relationship thinking another human has the ability to make you happy. If you are depressed you are not ready for a relationship. Work on yourself first, spend time with friends, family, and do things that you enjoy.(exercise also helps). Before you know it you'll be confident with who you are and if you do meet someone they can compliment your already happy situation :)

Stop dwelling on being alone. Make some friends, go out and have a guys night out. Start focussing on your friends instead of how lonely you are. Your new found freedom to express yourself with them will eventually lead you into finding a new love. Go have some fun. Stop feeling sorry for yourself, and start living your life rather than just existing. Good Luck.

When I am really down, reading the bible helps me a lot. It talks about some of the things I can relate to and things I can apply in my life (particularly Mrk 6 or the Psalm). Going to church, and praying helps me feel better too. After praying I really do start to forget about my problems much better than taking my anger out on people or in sports. Hopefully this helps you and everyone else out there. I hope you feel better.

Work on making yourself the best person you can be. Go to school. Learn a new sport. Have some fun with your friends. When you stop looking for a girl, she'll be there.

No person can fill the void inside you- only Christ can do that. If you really want to be better- then accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior- let him fill that void in your life.
