its now winter, and sometimes i still see it, a woman driving w/ her sleeves pushed up above her elbow?

It's not something that you like/ dislike you just do it , if your tryna ask why do women where short sleeves in the winter time it's because they don't feel cold, you know the same way guys don't feel heat in the summer time.

I guess... is not that we like it, maybe driving we feel more confortable with the sleeves up.. that's it..
