fasting is a great way to lose weight but make sur you drink at least three litres of water a day ... try to cut bak on alcohol also ... sit ups r gud also because they tone ur stomach ... it wuld b a gud idea to check out sum pro ana sites they really help ... get plenty of sleep !!!
