My mom bought me an Olympus FE-170 digital camera for x-mas, and i was looking on ebay for a memory card that goes with it, but there are different types of XD-picture cards. There is M, H and none at all. does anyone know which one goes for this camera? Or can i use any of them?
Thanks.

Your camera can use M type and H type...up to a maximum size of a 2GB card.

Here is an excerpt from the Olympus FAQ page...
"The Type H card provides improved write speeds (two to three times that of other types of xD-Picture Card media) so images and movies will be saved and formatted to the card more quickly. This means there will be less time to wait between shots and movies can be recorded in greater resolution".

So, I would recommend the 'H' type card.

all olympus digicam makes use of XD image reminiscence card. its obtainable in maximum suitable purchase and circuit city the two. oftentimes its greater costly than SD card. (sandisk is style and XD card isn't obtainable with this style oftentimes).

Yup XD card up to 2GB. M or H. H will allow you to take shots slightly faster, big deal.

the m is the normal card...the h stands for high (speed, that is). depending on what you'll be doing withthe card, the m should be fine. check circuit city.com...they have pretty good deals on their websites
