Ok, so this is how it is. If i want something i have numbers for everything. So 3 is bad for me and i cant have 3 things or if i do something twice i WILL NOT do it again even if its something like turning a computer of if i turn it on the third time i have to shut it off and turn it back on to make it 4 times i started it. And also today (Wednesdays) are HORRIBLE. Cause its the 3rd day of the week. What do i do plz help me

Yes you can say something horrible happened that is linked with the number 3 but i do not want to say nor get help. I dont want anyone to make fun of me in fear i REALLY have ocd

You need to see a Psychiatrist for evaluation. Usually they prescribe medication to help you with your type of condition.

Did something bad happen to you on a Wednesday or did something traumatize you that had to do with the number 3? If I were you, I would talk to someone who is certified in this and maybe you can break this habit or learn why this number is so negative in your mind. Sometimes your insurance will cover seeing a therapist and it might help you. I wish you the best and hope you figure it out!

First... calm down a bit :) everything gonna be okay. You worry too much, the real number that is a danger is 349. This is one alot more dangerous than 3. So If I were you, I would stop caring about 3 and alot more at 349 (don't do both at the same time, it will gets 349 alot more dangerous) Read this three time and I'm sure it will helps.

If you think you have OCD the best advice I could give is to locate a professional to help you. The can give you coping techniques and may even be able to offer a prescription that may lessen the symptoms. Pathways is a good program and that have payment plans if you don't have a wealthy income. Hope that helps

get help from your nearest mental health clinic. you need to find out the cause of this type of behavior before you can really stop it. a counselor can help you with that.
