Start an exercise program that builds muscle. Muscle uses fat as it's primary food source. The more muscle mass you have, the more fat it will consume, even during times when you are not exercising.
If you wish to accelerate weight loss, then also add a healthy diet. I don't mean a weight loss diet, just a healthy diet which has some controls as to caloric intake.

running is proven to be the fastest method of fat burn. cardio and swimming also works great. lifting weights burns little fat, but mainly just gains muscle. biking isnt that efective because your just sitting. so run run run!!!

sometimes you should use weight loss pills but only if you REALY need it, like if you were very very fat. you should work out as much as possible, and you should try to eat as healthy as you can, and maybe even a little less if you eat large quantities of food.please answer my question, thanks!!
