1. throw out all food
2. buy every kind of diet pill you can possibly find
3. laxitives
4. finger down the throat and a toilet.
5. Run to school and back home 3 times nonstop
6. do 100 jumping jacks
7. do a thousand crunches
8. do a thousand pushups
9. run laps
10. Complete indoor Fitness monday routine.
Repeat steps 2-4 5 times a day and don't eat. Excersise until you faint. Rest for a little while. Repeat

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Walking is the best there is! Start out with 10 minutes twice a day and work your way up! Even a small amount of walking will do wonders for your health!

I think stepping machine is a good way. If u dont wish to go to gym, try to climb staircase everyday.
Plus, drink papaya+pineapple+milk juice... It will improve ur skin complexion and metabolism rate.
