If you have tried the remedies and they failed take her to the vet and see if she has a nutrition deficiency. Maybe even try a different dog food that has a higher nutrition value. Just keep in mind that it is not un-normal for dogs and cats to eat their own feces.

Well, below are some links where you should read to get a bigger idea on what to do with your dog. Well, since you didn't mention how old is your dog so I'll assume she's still a puppy.

Based on my experience 5 years ago, my dog kept eating feces regardless it's hers or not. So, I actually took quite a stern action on her. First, when she's near some feces, I'll smack her mount or give a hard knock on the head. Naturally she'll turn away(hopefully yours will too). But if you're at home and caught her in action, not only you smack her but tie her up as punishment (provided she's usually let to roam freely). The worst I came to punish my dog was to not let her eat the entire day. Don't worry, skipping a day's meal didn't kill my dog. Such stern training may take some time. So be patience and I hope your dog is not a dalmation (like mine) cos it took me almost a month for her to get the idea that eating feces is BAD!However, now she's almost 6 years old and has not eaten any feces since. But be weary that this poo eating habbit may come back if your dog ever gets puppies of her own. Cos for my dog, it did but good thing it didnt last long cos she remembered she wasn't allowed to do it.

Good luck~!
