never, skin is a living, growing organ of your body. as a matter of fact, i think it's the largest organ of the human body.

If you have been overweight for a long time and you lose fat, then you're skin will sag. The amount of turgor (elasticity) in your skin will vary on age and how much you lost. If you're younger, chances are your skin will retract; if you're older, it's going to hang. It's like blowing up a balloon and letting the air out...it stretches!

The former nurse is more than likely right on target with her answer, I just wanted to add that where stretch marks are is probrably where the part of skin stretch out the most and will not bounce back

i dont think it does
after losing alot of weight most people have the
excess skin surgically removed
