I was fine all yesterday, and this morning i woke up with a running nose, a cough and now if i eat anything i might vomit. And i have a headache. How does that happen?

yes definitely, i mean sleeping should take you at least 8 hours, that's definitely enough time for germs to settle in & you sick.

Sure can I woke up on Christmas eve with a good case of the flu had symptoms just like you, Not wanting to worry you thou could just be a cold.
