I just get these random pains in my chest, I have heard that a lot of people get them but I would like to know what causes them. They are sharp but go away within' about 15-20 seconds. If you have them reply I would just like to know if lots of people get them.
Thanks

Kinda sounds like anxiety pains. I use to have them and that's what it was like. Is there anything that is giving you a lot of stress? Figure out what it is and try to resolve it. Or take a bubble bath or read a book, find a way to relax. Or it could be just growing pains.

Probably gas pain. When your bowel or large intestine enlarges with gas inside, it can rub on a nerve so the pain is transferred up to your chest area. Sometimes if you change positions, turn from side to side, it will go away more quickly. Lots of people experience that!

I had pains like what you described that came in the middle of my chest. I saw a doctor about it scared to death that I had heart problems or something but I found out it was acid reflux. I suggest seeing a doctor to find out the real problem, if it's something major like a heart problem it may be able to be fixed. Hopefully it's something easy to fix like acid reflux and you can just take a pill to keep the pain away.
