Okay. So. I've always loved soda. The taste, the rush, the caffine. But recently I've realized that I am completely and utterly addicted to it. I'm drinking at LEAST a liter and a half a day. Once I start drinking it, it seems to never quench my thirst and I'm left pining for more. When I don't have it, I get headaches. Does anyone know why it's so damn addicting? And does anyone have any suggestions to kick the habit? =/

The headaches are caffeine withdrawal. Start cutting back by drinking a large glass of water in between each glass of soda that you would normally drink. Keep increasing the amount of pure water that you drink and reducing the amount of soda you drink.

Or go cold turkey and drop the soda completely and just drink water. Pop a No-Doz or other caffeine tablet first thing in the morning to overcome the headaches.
