Everything in MODERATION. Keep running.. you will be sore at first, but the soreness will go away after a while. Every new sport gets people good and sore. Take epsom salt baths... get a massage every now and then, do stretches BEFORE and AFTER you run, and do a little bit at a time with the running... DON'T over do it or that will RUIN things for you. You CAN eat those turkey sandwiches if you want IF, and only IF you are exercising and stretching every day. Take the stairs... do simple things like park further away. Walk instead of driving simple distances. The pain will subside eventually.. just stay strong.

Sounds like a healthy sandwich. Don't use Mayo. Use Miracle
Whip instead it has half the fat of Mayo but just use a small
amount. Make sure you drink several glasses of spring water
every day. Balance your carbs, try to eliminate sugar for it's sugar that puts on weight. We use raw sugar from the health food store in our coffee probably has less calories as well! As far
as the running goes you have to stretch your muscles before the run and after. Running should be done at first in moderation. Gradually you will build your stamina cause if you are getting sore you could tear a muscle and also lose interest in running.
Better than running? Wallking , lots of it, burns carlories and fat.
If you are getting hungry that is a good sign that you are burning calories. Keep up with the fruit and water and lots of raw veggies.

It is a good meal, except possibly the bread, you should eat a bread high in fiber (which helps with cleansing the gut) but stay away from white bread, even some of the "whole wheat" ones because they have refined white flour (basically glue in your stomach). Mix up the sandwiches with pita bread, but still check the ingredients. Eat lots of white meats, and eating more fiber will fill you up (flax and psyillium), drink lots of water, start a walking regiem (a good way to lose weight without hurting yourself) for a hour a day five days a week. These are some really good tips to start, and you should probably get a cook book for weight loss for more ideas.

So run every other day. Eventually you will limber up.
And eating does not cause weight loss...calories in, from whatever source must be fewer than calories out.
The sandwich you mentioned is however, healthy and filling, and will have fewer calories than a hamburger and fries, for example. So go ahead and eat them. You really only need less than a quarter pound of meat per day, as far as food groups are concerned.
Fruits, veggies, whole grain bread [not white], rice and beans, pastas, a small amount of meat, water, juices, and go easy on the salad dressings and spreads [choose mustard over mayo, for example], that sort of thing make a healthy diet and if the calories in are fewer than calories out, you'll lose weight.
But get over the idea that you can eat things that cause weight loss.

That is fine as long as you do not use mayo or cheese, the bread has some carbs, but nothing significant. No need to run, you can walk. Walk for about 30-40 minutes every day, about 2 to 4 miles. Chicken and turkey sandwiches are fine as well as salads, just avoid the dressings. The fat and the calories is in the dressings, and the cheese.

The turkey sandwich is great but you can't eat it every day.
Try some of the meats in the grocery store that are like 99% fat free. They have roast beef, hams, and turkey.
Use fat free mayo. or mustard.
Make a big pot of soup with all kinds of vegetables. It is wonderful to eat and you are eating healhty and will lose weight too.
Check Weight Watchers online.

Toast the bread. Eat fruits and vegetables. Eat everyday at the same time. Work out. You'll get used to after a while. Do it gradually and give your body a chance to warm up.

Yes, i think it will if you also know how to control. For example eating that sandwich for your lunch would be a great idea but if you eat like 3-5 servings of it then nothing will happen.. I'm trying to lose weight too..

Maybe see a nutritionist...you could get some unprofessional advice here.
Strictly speaking calories, this sounds pretty good as long as you hold the mayo, or just use a little. maybe eat some fruits and veggies with it to get all your vitamins and minerals.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!
