There's no safe way to lose 25 pounds in 30 days. Just try drinking water for your fluid intake and decrease the amount of calories you take it and don't forget to exercise.

Those numbers are not healthy at all. Why would you want to? It is safe to lose 1 to 2lbs a week and there are many different ways to do it. A healthy diet and lifestyle change with a commitment of a life time is the best way to lose weight. If you lose 25lbs in 30 days I gaurantee you will gain it back and then some. Make a lifesyle change for a lifetime.

Losing 25lbs in 30 days is not safe. But you will lose a pound a day if you just eat egg whites, tuna and work out. Don't forget to drink lots of water. Healthy weight loss is about 15lbs in 30 days.

just work out every day.
wear lots of layers of clothing.
make sure you eat really healthy or change your diet to 500 calories a day diet.
eat only healthy stuff like salads and chicken.

No flour/No sugar. Vegetables, meat and fruit. Thats it. But you can eat as much of them as you want. I lost 45 lbs in THREE weeks. I swear on my daughter. It works!

that doesn't sound very healthy but..
drink a lot of water. eat fruits and veggies.
eat 6 small meals a day and snack on healthy things.
cut soda and sugars!
