I would take meatballs in marinara sauce. You can make these super quick by getting frozen meatballs, brown them, throw in a jar of marinara sauce and keep them warm in a crock pot.

When we have a crowd, they ALWAYS LOVE "Little Smokies in Blankets" and they are SO EASY!!! Only 2 ingredients, too!

Use canned biscuits (cut each in half). Flatten slightly. Wrap 1 half around the middle of each smokie. Place seam side down on a baking sheet. Bake @ 400 degrees till biscuit part is golden. Serve with mustard and/or catsup.

Makes a lot and will be scarfed up quickly! Might want to consider making two batches of this one!

Kids can help put these together!

Grilled Cheese squares.

Make 2 loves of bread into Grilled cheese snadwiches.
Use white cheese on 1/2 and a yellow cheese on the other half
Cool very well, trim off the crusts and cut into quarters,

take a can of pitted black and a jar of green olives, Drain well then fasten an olive with a toothpick to the center of each quarter so that half the white chesse quarters get half black and half green olives, to the same to the yellow cheese quaters. Line a platter / plate with fluffy ruffley ( like red leaf or romine ) lettuce and arrange the quarters on it. You can take the left over olives and place them as a garnish where ever , Take a few stalks of green onions , cleaned and stuff under one end if you want for "fancy " type of look to the platter. referigrate, covered until you are ready to serve

I would make Thai bundles. Get square wonton wrappers. Use 400 grams ground pork or chicken, 3 green onions, 10 water chestnuts and a tablespoon of fish sauce or soy sauce. Pulse them together in a food processor, put a teaspon of the mixture on a wonton wrapper (which you've brushed with water), pinch together to close, and shallow fry in oil in a wok until golden brown. Really quick and easy to do and they will get gobbled up in no time. You can also get Thai dipping sauce. The meat mixture for the Thai bundles is very versatile; you can add ginger, spicy paste, garlic, whatever. I make these every Christmas and they're gone in minutes. Good luck!

Cheese-Filled Mushrooms
1 1/2 pounds white mushrooms
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
Crumbled cooked bacon, to taste (optional)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a large cookie sheet; set aside. (If desired, line cookie sheet with aluminum foil to save on cleanup.) Wash mushrooms thoroughly; dry and remove stems, hollowing out a hole where the stem was attached to the mushroom. Set aside. Mix together cheeses, mayonnaise and bacon (if using). Pack the center of each mushroom with a mound of the cheese mixture. Arrange mushrooms on cookie sheet. Bake until cheese is browned and mushrooms are shiny, about 20 minutes. Mushrooms may be stuffed and refrigerated ahead of time, then baked as needed.

Try making those little meatballs or sausages that are made in a slow cooker. You could make mini muffins from a box or two of cake mix. That should give a a few dozen muffins.

my co-worker makes some roll up, out of flour tortillas, you will mix together (room temp.) cream cheese with salsa. then spread them on the tortillas roll them up and cut into bite sizes, and serve. they are very good. you can put turkey or ham in them if you would like.

you can also take 1# sausage cooked crumbled and put in crock pot with some cream cheese, heat and serve with tort ilia chips. very good!! we call it the bomb!!!
your cream cheese is about 1.50$ each you will need 2 boxes and you can get the generic chips 2 for 3.00$ so the cost is very low. youe sasage is may be 2.00$ for a roll. so you are looking at 8.00$
