How can I find a device that plugs into the wall and reduces your consumption of electricity?

This is a device that plugs into the wall and tricks the meter into moving slowly or not recognizing electric consumption.

Go to your electric power company, I'm sure they have plenty of them free of charge. Actually there is no such thing, somebody is pulling your leg!

All the stores sell them! Just go to Sears or JC Penny and ask in the hardware department for the Electricity Thief from Ronco! Why do you ask? Are you planning to set up a hydroponic operation for your marijuana plants?
