No, they arent the same. Though its much better than soda, Crystal Light does have artificial flavorings, sweetners, and other ingredients in it. But as far as sweetened drinks, its the lowest calorie juice ive ever seen. I dont think it could replace water, but it certainly is healthier than most other drinks.
