Too many big words can ruin a question, especially if you don't know how to use them correctly.

However, by logical deduction I can take the words in your question and try to make them make sense so I may answer.

The only way to stop making people want to come here is by making it worse here than where they came from... So, in order for the US to be an undesireable place to live we would have to make living here crappier than where illegal immigrants came from...

So, stop being greedy with where you live, and how good you have it, the majority of people that live here were all immigrants at one point in their family tree. If you want to live somewhere where there isn't many illegal immigrants, become one yourself, and move to Mexico.

They come here because life is better here than in their home country. We have to make it less enjoyable. Very strict and heavy penalties to those who employ them. Should also make it a criminal offense to provide a job or subcontractor position to an individual who can not produce a social security card or green card. Right now when we catch an illegal we just send them home. We should fingerprint and immediately put them in a holding cell for 10 days. Only food and water and isolation. Put the fingerprints in a database and when they get caught again add 30 days to the sentence. So it becomes 40, then 70 days, etc. Sure this costs money but it will be a deterrent.
We also need to put a duty on goods imported from the countries where the illegals are coming from. In this case China and Mexico are the primary culprits. If we put a duty on the goods, then the host country would be encouraged to ensure that their people stay in their country and not come to ours. We are all immigrants, but illegal immigration needs to stop.

There are two very solid, simple answers:
(1) Require all employers to forward once each year either electronically or by mail an I-9 form for each employee to DHS (Department of Homeland Security) and get an approval from DHS within ten days of submission. If there is a name or SSN (Social Security Number) mismatch then the employee has ten days to correct and resubmit. Require that no one be entitled to work if the non-citizen box is checked and is unable to submit satisfactory name, type of document submitted, number of the document and date of expiration. No employer may employ a person without an authorization to work in the United States. American citizens are exempted from this requirement. Anyone claiming American Citizenship shall be forever banned from any future immigration benefit. The DHS will forward electronic copies of all I-9 forms to Consulate Offices or USCIS (U.S.Citizenship and Immigrations Services) offices where the applicant solicits an immigration benefit. If a lie (signed under penalty of perjury) is encountered the USCIS or DOS (Dept of State) official shall bar the immigrant for ten years from receiving any immigration benefit. The only persons who shall have authority to waive this requirement shall be the Attorney General or the U.S. President.
(2) No employer shall receive a tax write off for an employee working without DHS authorization and/or not possessing a valid SSN (Social Security Number). His payments to employees shall be considered gifts and any payments made outside of payroll taxes or workmen's comp shall increase his taxable income by the money the employee received from the date the employer received confirmation of the employee's legal status in this country.

When the two above polices are implemented 100% you will no longer see people coming illegally to our country because there will be much unemployment among the illegal community.

As an act of kindness we should immediately (18 months or less) process all applicants currently awaiting adjustment of status. We would make five million new friends who all would support the first two recommendations. They would be our immigrant allies in our just cause.

Leave it for me a non politician dope to figure it out. Anybody employing an illegal alien without a proper social security number will get a 10,000 dollar fine per incident. Second offense 20,000 dollars. Third offense, 5 years in jail. Very easy.

Cut off their welfare and food stamps. Cut out the medicare and fine these large companies who hire them out the wazoo. That might be a good start. Better yet, put a president in office who will strictly enforce immigration laws and the people who break them.

when you can give them a plausible solution to living in poverty. why does everyone blame the immigrants when its our own government that has allowed this to happen? thats right, our representatives. is everyone that oblivious to whats going on? it all started with the farmers and their migrant workers. to avoid paying alot of tax money, they started paying them at harvests end. they had the influence to get them on housing and welfare while they were working and not receiving a paycheck. it went from there.

Your question sounded smart when I quickly read it.

Let me get this straight. You want to create an exodus like Moses and the Isrealites, then once they have gathered, you want to convince them to leave? Well, talk to them nicely and remember to say please.

The problem would be getting them to gather since they are scattered all over the place now. Some of them even live in Montana and Utah.

This may happen soon any way, once China becomes the next super power. So instead of putting all your hate on other humans you should spend your time in getting some skills. I have the impression that you have no skills, are lazy and have no job..... sorry for you! May be read a book for a change...
