~boy issues..again.~?

okay, well i dated this guy named matt okay..and i broke up w/ him because my best friends boyfriend told me that my ex has feelings for my best friend and i know i should of talked to him first about it and stuff but i broke up with him anyway..stupiud move..and i told him that i made a mistake and it was stupiud but he told me he didn't have feeling for anymore..how to i get him to like me again or how do i get over him? any suggestions?
