I got a dui for weed and i am taking all the classes and crap but today i was pulled over cuz i was stuped and made a turn infrount of the bus and got pulled over i had no insurance card with me but i do have one will my license be taken away from me ??

i have insurance but the whole fact with making the turn infrount of the bus will that miss up my 1 year probation??

questions like this could vary from your local govmt. But generally no insurance means license suspension automatically.
Now if it was just that you didnt have your card with you but you are in fact actually insured, then you can usually go to your DMV and they have a hearin officer that you can show proof of insurance to and they may drop it although you may have to pay a fee.
It really all depends on the complete picture and your laws there.
But when you are in hot water like that.. you best be being careful.

your probation may get filed on due to the 'new' offense. It will depend on the state you live in and the policy of your probation department. It will be easier on you if you call your probation officer and inform him of this problem then if your officer finds out on his own. Good luck.
