New research is providing insight into how stress can shrink your brain cells and prematurely age your immune system. Essentially, the researchers say, stress can addle your mind and make you older. Yes, it can actually due to a disease called Tosherolioisis. It's an ancient and rare illness that cause the skull to soften and squeeze the brain, making the skin atop the head fall onto the new skull shape, making the head smaller...but this is a very fatal disease. You probably won't get it.
